Our Goal at Healing With Horses at WildRose Horse Farm in Uncasville, CT is about placing the emphasis on an enjoyable and relaxing, experience that provides horse-related activities to their maximum ability in an atmosphere of support, structure, and socialization for the primary purpose of the intrinsic enjoyment and safety of the activity.

Healing With Horses at Wildrose Horse Farm is dedicated to offering our services to all those who qualify, regardless of their financial circumstances. We provide financial help through a scholarship program, and our participants may apply for assistance by calling our office. You can help us keep this fund available by designating your gift toward Scholarship Contributions. Contributions and Donations in any amount are appreciated on this page.
The program fees collected cover approximately 85% of our costs and donations currently cover 15%. With our commitment to accepting participants into our (EAT) Equine Assisted Therapy programs based on therapeutic need, reguardless of financial means.
We also offer scholarship assistance to those unable to pay the established fees by using a sliding scale fee. Five percent of our Equine-Assisted program participants will recieve direct scholarship assistance toward their program fees to those who qualify.
We are in the process of seeking Grants and Private donations so we may be able to provide more direct scholarships. Please consider helping us to help others in need.
